Application Security Engineer

SecurifyLabs is looking for a smart, energetic and motivated individual to join our team of ethical hackers and application defenders at SecurifyLabs. The ideal individual will have between 2-5 years of experience performing the following:

Needs:
  • Perform penetration testing (“ethical hacking”) and source code review assessments against custom built software applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security.
  • Willingness to learn and able to take constructive criticism.
  • Run network security vulnerability assessment tools on Internet facing systems.
  • Exploit vulnerabilities to gain access, and expand access to remote systems.
  • Document technical issues identified during security assessments.
  • Attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Research cutting edge security topics and new attack vectors.
  • Outstanding problem solving ability and creative thinking ability.
  • A demonstrated academic or intellectual interest in information security.
